New publication: A Conceptual Understanding of Fragility in Asia and the Pacific

The publication “A Conceptual Understanding of Fragility in Asia and the Pacific” complements the FCAS and SIDS Approach by providing a deeper awareness of its core concept of fragility. It supports ADB’s efforts to consider the root causes of fragility in its assistance to DMCs and work with communities and partners to build effective solutions in these vulnerable DMCs.
